“UC.18” is a training incubation base built by Shanghai Beisheng Investment & Management Co., Ltd. This incubation base is located at No.6 Huangyang Rd., Pudong New Area, Shanghai, and this base is part of China (Shanghai) Pilot Free Trade Zone.

All the building area of “UC.18” is 1540 square meters with four floors, and there are 55 classrooms in all. Each floor is equipped with the meeting room, pantry and toilet

The first floor is 314.67 square meters building area and 4.5 meters high with 10 classrooms, in which we reserve the indoor venue with about 80 square meters for children’s reporting performance or scholars’ seminar. In addition, the first floor is more equipped with 350 square meters large-scale outdoor garden as well, whether in-class breaks or extra curricular activity, here are your best choice.

The second floor is 413.91 square meters building area and 3.3 meters high with 17 classrooms. We reserve a public space for your relaxing at in-class breaks.

The third floor is 445.92 square meters building area and 3.3 meters high with 15 classrooms.

The fourth floor is 365.51 square meters building area and 3.3 meters high with 13 classrooms.
